Frequently asked

Do I have to share my story in front of the group?
No. Many of the most powerful shifts happen while witnessing or representing. The field works on everyone present.
I'm new to this work. Will I feel lost?
Most participants are new. Everything is explained gently as we go. The container is trauma-informed and deeply safe.
How is group different from 1-on-1?
The collective field often reaches places individual work cannot. Many clients combine both for the deepest results.
Can I join from outside the UAE?
Yes. Most monthly workshops and many constellation sessions are held live on Zoom with participants from around the world.
Is the work religious or tied to a belief system?
No. Constellation work is experiential, not doctrinal. People of all faiths and none are equally welcome.
Will sessions be recorded?
Workshops typically include a recording for your own integration. Live constellation work is handled with care and privacy for everyone in the circle.
